1) Payments to Doctors – Service Scope Updated (ALP-895)

Payment logic for doctors was clarified and aligned with assigned services.

Navigation:
Directories > Employees > Choose Employee > Payments to Doctors tab.

  • Only services assigned to the employee (Employee card → Services tab) are now available in Payments to Doctors.

  • All services added to a doctor are automatically synced into the Payments to Doctors tab.

  • Newly added services appear without a predefined percent or sum, allowing manual configuration.

This prevents incorrect service payouts and keeps doctor payments consistent with actual service assignments.

2) Subscription Add-Ons – Expiration Support (ALP-1317)

Add-on services in subscription plans now support expiration logic.

Navigation:
Directories > Subscriptions > Subscription Plans > Choose Plan > Add Ons tab

  • Added an Expiration column for Add-On services.

  • If a client does not use an Add-On (including one-time add-ons) within the defined timeframe, it expires automatically.

3) Preflight Check-In – Translation Fixed (ALP-1345)

  • Bug: In Hebrew preflight check-in forms, the form content was translated, but the signing link text remained untranslated.

  • Fix: Signing link text is now correctly localized (Hebrew included).


4) Manual Card Entry Payments for Subscriptions (ALP-1313)

The manual card entry payment module is now available for subscriptions.

Navigation:
New Touch > Complex Form > Subscriptions

  • Admins can enter card details manually.

  • Enables processing payments over the phone with the client.

  • Expands subscription payment options beyond standard online flows.

  • Card details can also be entered by the admin via the Autofill link; he needs to enter the client’s e-mail, phone number, and card details

5) Contacts Directory – Minor Filter Updates (ALP-1259)

  • Additional minor improvements were applied to Contact Types filtering and naming consistency in the Contacts directory.


6) Circle Subspace Creation Fixed (ALP-1338)

  • Bug: Unable to add Circle subspaces via
    Directories > Subscriptions > Circle Spaces > +Create Record.

  • Fix: Subspace creation now works correctly.


7) Leads Panel – Minor Improvements (ALP-1222)

  • Performance and usability improvements applied to the Leads panel.

  • No changes to existing logic or structure.


8) Doctor’s Cabinet – MedDoc Error Fixed (ALP-1360)

  • Bug: Unable to open Medical Documents in Doctor’s Cabinet (HTTP 500 error) in the demo environment.

  • Fix: MedDocs is now open correctly.


9) CallBox – Sending Statuses Added (ALP-1331)

CallBox integration was extended with status webhooks.

When CallBox is enabled, and a lead contains CallBox data, the system now sends a webhook on the following events:

  • No suggestion available (Touch result)

  • Cancelled appointment (first appointment status)

  • No money (Touch result)

  • No longer interested (Touch result)

  • Appointment created from Touch

  • Appointment fully paid

This enables richer analytics and external lead-status tracking.


10) Work Time Slots – Date Picker Fixed (ALP-1361)

  • Bug: Date picker issues when adding work time slots for employees.

  • Fix: Time pickers are now unified with the Schedule Week Builder, ensuring consistent behavior.


11) Schedule Module – Vertical Layout Introduced (ALP-1373)

A new Vertical Schedule layout is now available.

Navigation:
Settings > General Settings > Schedule Settings > Schedule Type

  • Available options:

    • Horizontal

    • Vertical

  • Settings currently apply to:
    Main Menu > Schedule

This provides more flexibility for clinics with dense or long daily schedules.

This release enhances doctor payment accuracy, subscription add-on control, payment flexibility, CallBox analytics, and introduces a new vertical schedule layout — alongside multiple stability and localization fixes.
