1) Template Constructor – Usability Enhancements (ALP-1325)
Improvements were made to the Template Constructor to increase flexibility.
Navigation:
Directories > Template Constructor
+Add Subtitle button added between all constructor blocks.
Subtitles can be entered as free text and saved.

Removed the “Field already added” restriction.
The same field can now be added multiple times within a single template.
2) Price Offer Payment from Contact Profile – Fixed (ALP-1339)
Bug: Unable to complete payment for a price offer from the patient contact profile on one production.
Fix: Payment flow restored and works correctly.
3) MedDoc – Template History Block Added (ALP-1172)
A Template History block is now available for all MedDoc tabs that use structured templates.
Displayed columns:
Template Name (based on the current tab)
Date
Actions – View button to open the template
This provides traceability of template usage within Medical Documents.

4) Insurance Details Visible in Contact Card (ALP-1341)
Insurance Number and Insurance Company are now visible in the patient’s contact card.
Navigation:
Directories > Contacts > Choose Contact > Object tab

5) Stripe Payment – Business-Friendly Short Links (ALP-869)
Introduced short, business-friendly Stripe payment links.
Long technical URLs are now hidden behind a short message sent to the client.
(e.g., “You may make your payment following this link”).Clicking the link redirects the client to Alpaca and opens the real payment page.

6) Contacts Directory – Filter & Naming Improvements (ALP-1259)
Navigation:
Directories > Contacts
Patient Types are now synchronized with the Contact Type filter.
Filter renamed from “Patient types” to “Contact types”, reflecting that patients are only one type of contact.

7) Referral Order Display in Contact Card Fixed (ALP-1329)
Bug: Referral orders were not displayed correctly under Attached Documents in the contact card.
Fix: Referral orders now appear as expected.
8) External Service – Address Field No Longer Mandatory (ALP-1330)
Change: External service address is no longer mandatory when creating a service with External Service enabled.
Supports workflows where referrals are handled via email notifications rather than physical locations.

9) Google Calendar Sync – Appointment Cancellation Fixed (ALP-1291)
Bug: Cancelled appointments were not reflected in doctors’ connected Google Calendars.
Fix: Cancellations now sync correctly.
10) Phone Number Entry in Editors Fixed (ALP-1340)
Bug: Unable to enter phone numbers in editors (Patient editor, etc.) on a new domain.
Fix: Phone number fields now work correctly.
11) Doctor Names Missing in Doctor’s Cabinet – Fixed (ALP-1343)
Bug: Doctors’ names were not shown in
Doctor’s Cabinet > My Appointments > Schedule tab.Fix: Names now display correctly.
12) PDF Upload Limit Increased (ALP-1348)
Bug: Large medical PDF files could not be uploaded to the Attached Documents.
Fix:
Global upload limit increased to 100 MB across all production servers.
13) API Leads Endpoint Implemented (ALP-1349)
Implemented Leads API endpoint for one production environment to support external integrations.
14) Stripe Payment for Price Offers Fixed (ALP-1346)
Bug: Unable to pay for Price Offers via Stripe on one production.
Fix: Stripe payment flow corrected.
15) Appointment Time Discrepancies Fixed (ALP-985)
Bug: Appointment times differed between the Schedule and Reception views.
Fix: Time calculations synchronized across modules.
This release delivers major improvements to templates, payments, contacts, insurance data visibility, file uploads, calendar sync, and overall system stability — with multiple production-critical bug fixes.
