1) Insurance Referrals Management (ALP-1215)

A new module was introduced to manage insurance / HMO referrals sent by state clinics or insurance providers.

a) Insurance Referrals Section

Navigation: Main Menu > Insurance > Insurance Referrals

• Create referrals manually or upload them from a PDF document.

• +Create Record supports two workflows:

  • Manual entry

  • Creation from uploaded PDF
    

    

Mandatory fields (manual entry):

• Patient

• Insurance Company

• Referral Date

• Referral Number

• Valid From

• Valid Till

• PDF Document

• Services (via +Add Service, selectable from system services)
  

  

Referral List View Columns:

• Referral Number

• Patient

• Insurance Company

• Valid Till

• Status (Active / Revoked)

• ID

• Clicking the Referral Number opens the Referral Card, where users can view all details and download the attached PDF.
  

  

b) Preflight Check-In Integration

• A dedicated Insurance Referral field was added to the Preflight Check-In upload section.

c) Patient Contact Card Integration

• All insurance referrals are automatically added to:
  Patient Contact Card > Attached Documents tab

2) Koncile Integration for Insurance Referrals (ALP-1224)

• Koncile insurance referral templates are now connected to the Insurance Referrals workflow.

• Enables standardized referral document handling.

3) Medical Document Summarization (ALP-1225)

A new AI-powered Summarize function was added.

Navigation:
Doctor’s Cabinet > Choose Patient > Common tab > Summarize.The

• Collects all medical documents for a patient.

• Generates a consolidated medical summary for quick clinical review.

4) AI Demo – Longevity Insights (ALP-1245)

A demo AI feature was added for new customers.

Location: Medical Document > Longevity Insights tab

Includes:

• Synopsis & hypotheses

• Differential diagnostics

• Treatment options

• Analytical graph
  

  

5) Subscription Add-Ons & One-Time Services (ALP-1179)

a) Add-Ons Tab for Subscription Plans

Navigation:
Directories > Subscriptions > Subscription Plans > Choose Plan > Add-Ons tab

• Add services as subscription add-ons.

• Set custom prices per add-on.
  

  

b) Add-Ons in Patient Web Cabinet

• New Add-Ons section has been added to the active subscription plans.

• Displays services available for individual purchase via the Buy Add-ons tab in the Subscription plan overview.
  

  

  
  
  

  

c) Purchase via Web Cabinet

• Add-ons can be purchased online via Stripe (additional methods coming).

• Purchase creates a quota in Alpaca.

d) Online Booking After Purchase

• After purchasing an add-on, patients can immediately book an appointment for that service.
  

  

6) Patient Web Cabinet – Minor Updates

• UI and stability improvements applied across patient-facing flows.

7) Video Portal – Minor Updates

• Small fixes and usability improvements in Video Portal functionality.

8) Mandatory Fields in Structured Templates (ALP-1214)

Navigation: Directories> Template constructor> Choose template> All fields now have the Required toggle

• Mandatory fields can now be defined inside structured templates within MedDoc sections.

• On Save or Save & Sign, the system checks required fields.

• Works for all field types and prevents saving incomplete documents.
  

  

9) Important Medical Notes in Doctor’s Cabinet (ALP-1246)

a) New Field Added

Navigation:
Doctor’s Cabinet > Choose Patient > Common tab > Important Medical Note

• Large editable text field (4–5 visible rows).

• Intended for allergies, intolerances, and critical conditions.
  

  

b) Visual Alert

• If the field contains any data, the background turns red to attract attention.

10) WhatsApp – Read Status Bug Fixed (ALP-1223)

• Bug: Messages were marked as “read” before being opened.

• Fix: Read status now updates only after opening the message.

11) Medication Tab Enhancements (ALP-1256)

• All medication fields are now editable.

• Multi-select medications using checkboxes to create a single prescription.

• Added fields:

  • Duration (days) – auto-calculates end date from start date

  • Amount per day (text)
    

    

• Duration and Amount per day are available as placeholders in prescription templates.
  

  

12) Contacts Import – Empty Record Fix (ALP-1258)

• Bug: Counterparties import created empty objects.

• Fix: Import validation corrected.

13) Contacts Import – Gender Field Fixed (ALP-1257)

• Bug: Gender was not captured during the Contacts import.

• Fix: Gender field now imports correctly.

14) Employee Services – Online Booking Enhancements (ALP-862)

Navigation:
Directories > Employees > Choose Employee > Services tab> Online booking button available if you select multiple services.

• Multi-select services to enable them for online booking.

• Added Default Service existence state notifications.

• Fixed sorting issues (Duration, To Site).
  

  

This release delivers major clinical, insurance, AI, subscription, and patient-facing improvements — including Insurance Referrals, Medical Summarization, Subscription Add-ons, mandatory structured fields, and critical stability fixes across imports, messaging, and MedDocs.
