1) Financial Documents Download – Fixed

• Issue: Downloading financial documents (Receipts, Invoices) failed or behaved inconsistently across production environments.

• Fix: Download functionality restored and verified in all productions.

2) Reception – Lab Tests Tab Access Error Fixed (ALP-1239)

• Bug: An error appeared when an administrator opened the Lab Tests tab in Reception on one production environment.

• Root cause: The user did not have access to Lab-related Alpaca subscription features but still saw the Lab Tests tab.

• Fix:

  • Access control corrected.

  • Lab Tests tab is now shown only to users with the appropriate subscription and permissions.

3) Lead Report – Fixes & Improvements

• Resolved a Lead Report issue on one production environment.

• Applied additional minor fixes to improve stability and correctness of Lead Reports across the system.

This release focuses on production stability — restoring financial document downloads, fixing access control issues in Reception, and improving Lead Report reliability.
