1) Warehouse – Income & Expense Documents Field Requirements Updated (ALP-1230)
Mandatory field rules were adjusted for warehouse documents.
Navigation:
Warehouse > Create Document > Income / Expense Document
The following fields are no longer mandatory:
Expiration date
Form of supply
Batch number
This simplifies document creation when this information is not applicable.

2) Reception Forms – Incorrect Display & Duplication Fixed (ALP-1221)
Bug: Forms sent from Reception displayed incorrectly in the patient profile.
In some cases, two identical forms appeared:
One nearly empty
One correctly filled
Fix: Form rendering and data persistence corrected.
All forms now display consistently and without duplication.
3) Appointment Rescheduling & Comments Transfer Fixed (ALP-1233)
Bug: Rescheduling appointments did not work correctly in one production environment.
Comments were not transferred from the original appointment to the new one.
Fix:
Rescheduling flow restored
Appointment comments now move correctly to the new appointment
4) Preflight Check-In – Missing Signature in PDF Fixed (ALP-1237)
Bug: When preflight check-in forms were sent from Reception via SMS, the patient’s signature did not appear in the PDF.
Fix: Signatures now display correctly in all generated PDFs.
This release improves warehouse document flexibility, stabilizes reception form handling, fixes appointment rescheduling logic, and ensures preflight check-in signatures are correctly rendered.
