Offers Payment – Complex Services Fix (ALP-1160)
Several critical issues were resolved when paying for Offers (Touches > Offers > Pay):
Incorrect total calculation for offers containing complex services.
Payment flow mismatch caused by the incorrect totals.
UI issue where complex services were not visually highlighted.
Result:
Totals are now calculated correctly.
Payments proceed successfully.
Complex services are clearly highlighted in the UI.
Callbox Integration – Minor Fixes & Onboarding (ALP-1100)
Stability and reliability improvements to Callbox service integration.
Integration configured for additional new customers.
Service Pricing Import – Duplicate Price Categories Fixed (ALP-1157)
Bug: Services imported with two price categories (e.g., For citizens / For foreigners) automatically applied both prices when assigned to a doctor.
Fix: Only the correct default price category is now applied when adding services to a doctor.
New Timezone Added – Hawaii (HAST) (ALP-1053)
Added Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST, UTC-10) to system timezones.
Navigation: Settings > General Settings > Locales and Timezones > Timezones > Default Timezone
Schedule & Reception – Appointment Time Sync Fixed (ALP-985)
Fixed discrepancies between appointment times displayed in Schedule and Reception views.
Times are now fully synchronized across modules.
Date & Time Formats – Expanded Configuration (ALP-1111)
Date formats are now configurable system-wide.
Navigation: Settings > General Settings > Locales and Timezones > Date & Time Formats

Calendar DateTime
Datepicker Date Format
Datepicker Time Format
Supports American (MM/DD/YYYY) and international (DD/MM/YYYY) formats. UI updated accordingly.
Materials – Unit Auto-Creation Fix (ALP-1164)
Bug: When creating a new material, a newly defined Unit was not created automatically.
Fix: Units now create correctly together with the new material record when configured.
Scheduling – Slot Visibility & Creation Fixed (ALP-1190)
Bug: Doctor time slots were visible on Schedule but not in New Touch or doctor profiles; new slots couldn’t be created and the date picker didn’t work.
Fix: Slot visibility, slot creation, and date picker behavior fully restored. Appointment booking works correctly again.
MedDoc Import – Old System ID Added (ALP-1180)
Added Old System ID (Patient ID) column to the Medical Document import template.
Import process now accepts this field as an additional parameter for better legacy mapping.
Direct Payments to Doctors (ALP-1147)
Direct payment routing to doctors is now supported.
Enable:
Directories > Employees > Choose Employee > Employee Card > Direct Payments to Doctor (ON)
Payment Settings Tab:
Appears when enabled.
Configure iCount + Tranzila parameters (same defaults as standard Cashier settings).
Payments are routed directly to the doctor’s bank account.
Current scope:
Supported for iCount (invoicing) + Tranzila (payment).
Additional payment modules will be supported later.
This release strengthens payment accuracy, scheduling reliability, localization, and introduces direct doctor payouts, alongside key fixes across Offers, Services, Materials, and MedDocs.
