Appointment Rescheduling – Specialist Visibility Fixed

  • Bug: When attempting to reschedule appointments from New Touch, the system did not always display the list of available specialists/doctors.

  • Fix: Specialists now appear consistently for all services during rescheduling, ensuring smooth calendar management.


Warehouse Module – Barcode & Import Enhancements

Major improvements introduced to the Warehouse and Materials/Goods workflows:

a) Barcode Field Added

  • A new Barcode field is now available in:

    • Materials / Goods dictionary

    • Income documents

b) Excel Import for Materials/Goods
Navigation: Directories > Materials > Import from Excel

  • Import materials and goods directly from Excel files.

  • Options available:

    • Create unit if it does not exist

    • Create manufacturer if it does not exist

  • Import template can be downloaded from the same page.

c) Barcode-Based Search

  • Materials can now be searched using their barcode (manual entry or scanner).

  • Search supported in:

    • New Touch>Complex form

d) Barcode Scanner Integration

  • Barcode scanner can now be used when preparing Expense and Income documents in the Warehouse.

These updates enable faster material handling, precise inventory tracking, and streamlined warehouse operations.


Rosebar Lead Forms Integration

  • Alpaca can now receive and process lead forms submitted through Rosebar.

  • Leads from external Rosebar forms are automatically transferred to the Alpaca CRM, ready for follow-up.


Service Assignment Fix

  • Bug: On one of the production environments, adding a service to a specialist/doctor caused an error.

  • Fix: The issue has been resolved — services can now be assigned normally.


This release introduces key functional enhancements across Warehouse management, CRM integrations, and calendar scheduling, while resolving several stability issues affecting doctor assignment and rescheduling.
