Client & Patient Tags – Minor Fixes

  • Minor adjustments in the patient tagging system to improve stability and display behavior across CRM and scheduling modules.


Web Checkout – SMS Template Creation

  • Added the ability to create SMS templates for web checkout payment messages.

  • Fully multilingual (as all SMS templates) and supports all payment providersZCredit, Tranzila, and Stripe.

  • Navigation: Settings > Messaging Settings > Web Checkout > Enable

Template Placeholders:
{{patient}} – Patient’s name
{{doctor}} – Doctor’s name
{{service}} – Service name
{{link}} – Payment link
{{appointment}} – Appointment details

This allows clinics to send personalized payment links and confirmation messages in multiple languages directly via SMS.

Passport Field – Check-In Fix

  • Fixed an issue in the Patient Editor during Check-In where the Passport field did not allow saving.

  • Now, patients’ passport data can be correctly added and updated.


Service Defaults & Excel Import Enhancements

Improved handling of default service parameters when assigning or importing services to employees.

Fixes & Improvements:
a) Added new control switch in Directories > Services > Update Services from Excel — defines whether doctor service prices should be updated or preserved during import.

b) Added price type and duration columns to the Service page (Employees tab) for better control and visibility.

c) Fixed bug where default prices and durations were not pulled when manually assigning services to employees (appeared as zeros). Now the system automatically loads default price, price type, and duration values.


This release focuses on automation and consistency improvements — introducing multilingual web checkout messages, smarter service defaults, and reliability fixes across tags, check-in, and service assignment workflows.
