1. How to View Print Forms
Admin workflow
Purpose: Show where admins can find and review existing forms.

2. How to Edit Forms
Admin workflow
Purpose: Show how admins update an existing form.

3. How to Create Forms

Purpose: Show how to create a new form.

4. How to Test Forms

Purpose: Show how to test a form before live use.

5. How to Attach Forms to Subscriptions
Admin workflow
Purpose: Show how forms are linked to subscription plans.

1 | Go to Settings> Reception> Subscription plans tab |
2 | Choose the required subscription plan on the right side. It will be added to the left side list of plans with assigned forms. |
3 | Choose the print forms to attach to the subscription plan you’ve selected |
4 | If you want to add more forms, click the + button next to subscription plan/print form names on the left table |
5 | You can also delete the subscription plan/assigned form from the left list. |
Closing | Result: The form is attached to the subscription plan |
6. How to Attach Forms to Services
Admin workflow
Purpose: Show how forms are linked to services.

7. How to Request Form Submission Separately
Admin workflow
Purpose: Show how to request a form outside of a service or subscription workflow.

1 | Open the Contact Card or the relevant admin workflow. Directories> Contacts> Search contact and click on the customer’s name |
2 | Go to the Documents tab and click +Add |
3 | In the next Print form editor window, you can choose one or multiple forms. |
4 | In print form, output field choose E-mail option and enter a valid email (it should be the customer’s email from his contact card by default, but you can also enter any valid email if needed). |
5 | Confirm the request was created |
Closing | Result: The patient can complete the form outside of a service or subscription workflow |
8. How Admin Is Informed When Forms Are Completed or Incomplete
Admin workflow
Purpose: Show how admins review form completion status.

1 | Open the Contact Card or the relevant admin workflow. Directories> Contacts> Search contact and click on the customer’s name. |

5 | Check whether signatures are present |
6 | Review the displayed form status |
Closing | Result: Admin can verify whether a form is complete or incomplete |
9. Client Side: How to Find Forms
Member/client workflow

At the moment, signed forms are sent to the client via email immediately after signing. This is currently the primary way to access completed documents.
The “Signed Documents” section in the Client Cabinet is under development and will be available in future updates. Once released, clients will be able to view and download their signed forms directly within their account.

10. Client Side: How to Print Forms
Member/client workflow

Currently, forms can be printed only from the email received after signing.
After the form is signed, a copy is sent to the client’s email, where it can be opened and printed using standard print options.
Printing forms directly from the Client Cabinet is not available at the moment and will be supported in future updates.

11. Client Side: How to Download Forms

Currently, forms can be downloaded only from the email received after signing.
Once the form is signed, a copy is sent to the client’s email, where it can be opened and downloaded to a device.
Downloading forms directly from the Client Cabinet is not available at the moment and will be supported in future updates.

12. Client Side: How to Know That Forms Are Completed

How to Know That Forms Are Completed
Currently, confirmation that a form has been completed is provided via email notification sent immediately after signing.
Once the form is signed, the client receives an email with the completed document, confirming that the process has been successfully finished.
A dedicated status or “Signed Documents” section in the Client Cabinet is not yet available and is planned for future updates.
