Offboarding Process
1. Full Offboarding Process After Subscription Cancellation
Admin workflow
Administrators can cancel a subscription either from the Client Cabinet or from the admin side.
Available Options
Client Side
The client can cancel their subscription directly from the Client Cabinet.
Admin Side
Navigation:
Subscription → Select subscription → Actions → Suspend / Cancel subscription
Once the subscription is cancelled, the offboarding process is triggered automatically according to system behavior.
2. How to Stop Booking Access After Cancellation
Admin workflow
Booking access is automatically restricted once the subscription is cancelled.
No additional actions are required from the administrator. Clients will no longer be able to book services under the cancelled subscription.
3. How to Remove Remaining Credits During Offboarding
After subscription cancellation, any remaining credits become unavailable and cannot be used.
This is a system-defined restriction, and no manual action is required to remove or adjust the remaining credits.
4. How to Block or Archive Chats

5. How to Remove a Member from Circle / C3
Admin workflow
Currently, removal of a member from Circle / C3 is handled automatically by the system.
When a member’s subscription is cancelled, their access to Circle / C3 is automatically revoked. No additional actions are required from the administrator.
This ensures that only active subscribers retain access to Circle / C3.
