2. How to Select a Primary Wellness Specialist
Member/client workflow
Currently, the Primary Wellness Specialist (PWS) can be assigned only on the admin side of the system.
Clients are not yet able to select or change their Primary Wellness Specialist within the Client Cabinet. This functionality is currently under development and will be available in future updates.
For now, if a client needs to assign or change their Primary Wellness Specialist, they should contact the clinic administration for assistance.

4. How to Update Payment Method

Currently, updating the payment method can only be done on the admin side of the system.
Clients are not yet able to update their payment method within the Client Cabinet. This functionality is currently under development and will be available in future updates.
For now, if a client needs to change their payment method, they should contact the clinic administration for assistance.

How to Test Audio and Video
The ability to test audio and video within the Client Cabinet is currently under development.
At the moment, this functionality is not available for clients. It will be introduced in future updates to allow users to verify their audio and video settings before using related features (e.g., video consultations).

10. How to Switch Between Family Account Views

Currently, each family member has their own individual account and can log in using their personal credentials.
Switching between profiles within a single family account is not supported. To access another family member’s profile, it is necessary to log out and log in with the credentials of the corresponding account.
The ability to switch between family members within one account is currently under development and will be available in future updates.
