1. How to Add Family Members Internally

1 | Open the Subscription section of the main menu and click on the Family subscription plan name of the desired Family subscription from the list |
2 | Open the Patients tab |
3 | Click Add |
4 | Choose the customer from the Contact list and Select role (Adult/Dependent) and Position (e.g., Primary adult or Secondary Adult) |
5 | Save the family member by clicking Submit |
Closing | Result: The family member is added to the Subscription |
2. How to Assign a Subscription to a Family Member
Admin workflow
Currently, a subscription cannot be directly assigned to a specific family member.
However, within a family subscription, a secondary adult can be set as the payer.
Navigation
To set a family member as the payer:
Subscription → Select the family subscription → Patients tab
In this section:
Locate the required adult family member
Click Set as Payer next to their name
This allows assigning payment responsibility within the family subscription, even though direct subscription assignment to individual family members is not supported.
3. How to Assign the Primary Wellness Specialist to a Family Member
Admin workflow
Currently, the Primary Wellness Specialist (PWS) cannot be assigned directly to a specific family member individually.
However, the PWS can be set at the subscription level, which applies to the family subscription.
Available Options
During Subscription Purchase (Client Side)
The Primary Wellness Specialist can be selected when the subscription is purchased in the Client Cabinet.
From the Admin Side
Navigation:
Subscription → Select family subscription → Specialists tab
In this section, you can:
Set the Main Specialist / PWS for the subscription
This specialist will be associated with the subscription rather than assigned to a specific family member individually.
