1. How to Add a New Client

2. How to Add Internal Notes

2 | Click Actions> Edit |
3 | Enter the note text (Important medical notes or Comment fields can be used) |
4 | Save the changes |
5 | Confirm the note is visible only to staff |

3. How to Check or Update the Primary Provider

1 | Open the Subscription section |
2 | Open the active subscription for the selected customer by clicking on Subscription plan name |
3 | Go to Specialists tab and Review the currently assigned provider (Main specialist/Primary wellness specialist) |
4 | Select a different Main specialist if needed |
5 | Confirm the changes |
Closing | Result: The member’s primary wellness specialist is updated |
4. How to Send a Welcome Message

1 | Open the Chat section (message will be visible via client’s cabinet) or Dialogs (if you use Whatsapp for example). For Chats - Click + > Create with patient> Choose patient |

3 | Enter the welcome text or choose a template |
4 | Send the message |
5 | Confirm it appears in the conversation history |
Closing | Result: The welcome message is sent successfully |
5. How to Use Smart Phrases / Macros in Chat
Admin workflow
The ability to use Smart Phrases / Macros in chat is currently under development.
At the moment, this functionality is not available for administrators. Once released, it will allow admins to quickly insert predefined messages and templates into chat conversations to improve efficiency and consistency in communication.
This feature will be included in future updates.
